Elaine gave up a thriving design business to join the afstudio design team. Her business partner, Sammy, agreed to the decision in exchange for more carrots (he's a rabbit.)

Elaine has a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University and has completed fine arts coursework at Rhode Island School of Design. Her education combined with her extensive experience as a freelance designer makes her the ultimate multi-tasker. She can prepare design presentations and manage several projects - all while juggling machetes with one hand and text messaging with the other.
